Returns & Exchanges
At Volo Alte, we want to make the experience of buying online fun. So don't worry if you get the size wrong or what you ordered just isn't how you thought it would be, as we have a very easy returns and exchanges policy.
We understand that it can be difficult to order the correct size the first time.
- If address in Australia, and If you change your mind or have ordered a size that doesn’t fit, this means that you will need to pay shipping to return the item, and we will pay for postage of the replacement being sent out, but only on the first replacement due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size. If you want to make second/third exchange, you will need to pay shipping fee for return and replacement. We can email a return label for a flat fee of $15. If you’d like one, please contact our care team.
- All other international orders must cover the cost of return postage to our warehouse as well as redelivery if exchanging.
If the product is faulty the customer can exchange it but not refund.
Customers may cancel any order at any time before shipment.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, please ensure the item:
- is purchased within the last 30 days.
- has not been worn, damaged or used.
- is in its original condition, and
- is in the original packaging or shoe box.
When you return the item to us, we will then determine if is eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:
- The return was made after 30 days.
- It's worn, damaged or used.
- It's not in its original shoe box or packaging.
For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be 1 business days upon receiving your item back and depending on stock availability.
For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After we process your refund, the time it takes to show in your account depends on the payment method. (usually, PayPal takes 3-5 days, credit card or debit card takes 7-14 days) .
Refunds will be returned to the original source of payment. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS...We will offer a store credit only on Sale & Promotional Items. A Sale Item is any item that is NOT Full Price.
ORDERS & PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS...A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged where there is nothing wrong with the product returned.
Tips for Trying on Shoes:
- Try Shoes on carpet to avoid damaging the soles.
- Consider using a stocking to prevent damage.
- Use clean hands to avoid leaving marks on the materials.
Prior to Returning or Exchanging an item, it’s a good idea contact us at info@voloalte.com. This way we can put aside another size for an exchange if it's available, and so that we know that it's on it's way.
Then login and submit a Return/Exchange Form & prior to returning your items.
